United Way of Greater Charlottesville

United Way of Greater Charlottesville (UWGC) serves as the lead organization for Ready Region Blue Ridge, one of Virginia’s nine Ready Regions. In this role, United Way coordinates regional partnerships, services, and resources to strengthen the early childhood care and education system.

Together, United Way and Ready Region Blue Ridge work to improve school readiness, expand access to quality early learning opportunities, and address disparities so that children and families throughout our region have opportunities to thrive.
